Our many years of experience have shown us that our clients rarely want just one type of cuisine or cooking.  There are a multitude of factors that influence someone when they are choosing their dish: the fact that they are travelling, their own personal and family eating habits, the status of the event or simply the desire to put on a bit of a show for their guests.  We try to take every consideration into account.
In our experience traditional Russian cuisine combined with the latest European culinary innovations makes for a balanced banqueting experience.  Childhood “comfort” dishes that have been prepared using the latest techniques and the highest quality products take on a completely new dimension. While Mediterranean cooking with its accent on olive oil, seafood, fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs transforms any banquet into a celebration.  Salmon and fennel carpaccio and a king prawn rocket salad do not look out of place on the same table as Russian forest mushrooms and caviar bliny. 
The most important thing is the quality of the ingredients, the preservation of their peculiar qualities and flavours and, of course, their exquisite presentation.   In the breakneck tempo of our times it’s very easy to be seduced by “convenient and fast technologies” and concentrated, frozen and semi-processed ingredients.  But we put the well-being of our clients and our reputation first.  
Our menu contains a large number of signature dishes.  All our dishes are prepared under the eagle eyes of our chief chef.
