The secret of Café Janis’s originality lies in the restaurant's ability to adapt each dish from its menu to fit in with a system that requires prompt and fast service.   It is this quality that allows our guests to dine with us every day and never have the same dish twice.  Our regular customers are typically company directors, businessmen and top managers.  It’s only in these surroundings that one can spend half an hour on lunch and treat yourself to duck in a caramelised sauce or steamed salmon with a caviar sauce… 

From 9 a.m. to midday the most wonderful continental style breakfasts are served.  After 12 o’clock the buffet displays are filled with dishes to suit any taste.  Among the wide assortment of dishes on offer are salads, cold and hot hors d’oeuvres (zakuski), soups and various meat and vegetarian dishes that can be taken away in a convenient pack.  Freshly baked goods, pastries and innovative desserts are always on sale.  From 6 p.m. waiter service is available and a varied musical entertainment programme is displayed on the big screen.
